Returns & Exchanges

At Mike's Dive Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your scuba gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and manuals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or use our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit back to our dive center.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or address the package to our London warehouse, ensuring your RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
